Mid-level to senior management has mostly been people who were promoted from within without true leadership training. Depending on the team, employees can be treated very poorly. Communication from top down is very poor

Competitive compensation, good benefits, talented colleagues, interesting oncology pipeline, and opportunities to work on complex global clinical trials.

Cons

After a management change, the culture became much more focused on micromanagement and performance metrics. No support from HR or Leadership, and communication and trust declined significantly. Long-tenured employees may find the environment has changed. Run dont walk away!!!!!
