They have enough money to be stable for the next couple of years, but it's not worth it.

Cons

Management is terrible. I have seen several people pushed out the door due to their management lying and setting impossible tasks. They ignore data frequently-bad science! If you want any autonomy-you do not want to work here.

Competitive compensation, good benefits, talented colleagues, interesting oncology pipeline, and opportunities to work on complex global clinical trials.

Cons

After a management change, the culture became much more focused on micromanagement and performance metrics. No support from HR or Leadership, and communication and trust declined significantly. Long-tenured employees may find the environment has changed. Run dont walk away!!!!!
