Pros

Beautiful main campus. Starbucks on site. Cafe on site.

Cons

Unprofessional management; they gossip with employees they trust about other employees they don’t like. A very toxic work environment in the South CSR building. You feel and get treated like you’re beneath the rest of the company if you work in customer service. Outdated systems that cause a lot of issues with orders and deliveries, which in turn, falls back on customer service. Too many changes with protocols, staff rules & regulations, best practices, and likewise, in a short amount of time. Inconsistent information shared between departments. Below average vacation time. No sick days. For example: If you need to go to a doctor’s appointment you need to use PTO, by either taking the full 8 hrs off or 4 hrs off- no in between. They promise you x, y, and z during the interviews but that either does not happen or it gets taken away. Not an employee friendly or family first department. They add on extra work per department because they cannot keep employees but no compensation is given. Too high of a turnover rate, nothing is ever consistent.

Pros

Quality products and beautiful presentation

Cons

The degree to which the store management is lacking in professionalism, as well as support for their salespeople, is shocking. They regularly insult the clients, and they treat the sales staff like children, when they're working their tails off. This is a difficult job with a lot to learn and often involves juggling multiple complicated, big money transactions at the same time. Often it feels like management is not there to help sales and is short sighted and petty when dealing with wealthy clients who would likely be repeat customers. Yes, our customers are a pain at times, but you should not take them or their money for granted, or engage in shouting matches with them. Corporate really should do a better job of hiring professional store management and training them to be more supportive of both salespeople and clients and less rude across the board.
