Pros

Nice benefits: wellness program, company picnic, health vision and dental, PTO. Alot of wonderful people to work with.

Cons

Not flexible with scheduling and work/ life balance. Some management doesnt listen objectively to every everyone's input.

Pros

Aries listens to new ideas and constantly shows appreciation for employees and gives back. The bonus program is great and a few of my colleagues have gotten promoted internally. I like the games we play on the front lawn in the summer, nice to get away from the work stuff.

Cons

The health insurance deductible is $5000 but Aries pays $2500 of it if I do the HRA. Not a bad trade off.
