All my colleagues are really helpful most of the time.

Cons

This company has a high-pressure and fast-paced work environment. This environment forces employees to work inefficiently and ineffectively, which then creates a terrible atmosphere to work in. This is the main reason why there is a relatively high turnover rate in this company and why many employees experience burnout.

Pros

Aries listens to new ideas and constantly shows appreciation for employees and gives back. The bonus program is great and a few of my colleagues have gotten promoted internally. I like the games we play on the front lawn in the summer, nice to get away from the work stuff.

Cons

The health insurance deductible is $5000 but Aries pays $2500 of it if I do the HRA. Not a bad trade off.
