      Pros

      If I am being 100% honest, there is no reason to like working here. It's a better idea to skip this employer or leave quickly if you join accidentally.

      Cons

      When you are surrounded by insane workloads and the management wants results at any cost, you will be stressed. The same happened here. Most employees felt awful and ridiculous about it. They also had a terrible and the worst work-life balance. I was unfortunate enough to be one of them foe a while. Then I quit as I realized no one could avoid the stress. BEWARE!

      Pros

      Aries listens to new ideas and constantly shows appreciation for employees and gives back. The bonus program is great and a few of my colleagues have gotten promoted internally. I like the games we play on the front lawn in the summer, nice to get away from the work stuff.

      Cons

      The health insurance deductible is $5000 but Aries pays $2500 of it if I do the HRA. Not a bad trade off.
