The prevalent bullying from managers created a toxic atmosphere that greatly impacted employee morale and well-being. The constant fear of being targeted and subjected to mistreatment made it difficult to perform at our best. This hostile environment eroded confidence, stifled creativity, and ultimately hindered overall productivity. Rather than providing guidance and assistance to help employees thrive in their roles, managers only intensified the pressure without offering constructive solutions. This absence of support and mentorship left employees feeling lost and unsupported! I left this company so frustrated!
