      Pros

      Used to be a TEAM environment. Everyone working towards a common goal. Departments worked with each other, no blame. Only a common goal of meeting customer expectations. Top Leadership changed in 2018. Goals changed. Led to many leaving either on purpose or forced.

      Cons

      Seems like domineering leadership now. "Do it or else". Looking for yes men/women, not those that might question. Never the best leadership position.

      Pros

      Aries listens to new ideas and constantly shows appreciation for employees and gives back. The bonus program is great and a few of my colleagues have gotten promoted internally. I like the games we play on the front lawn in the summer, nice to get away from the work stuff.

      Cons

      The health insurance deductible is $5000 but Aries pays $2500 of it if I do the HRA. Not a bad trade off.
