Buyer Beware - Anonymous employee Arista Networks Employee Review

Arista Networks has a flawed culture; The culture is favoritism, and nepotism. Most high performing employees leave within a year or once their stocks vest. HR is inefficient and is not very helpful, almost non-existent. Employees on a visa are talked down to. People here are unhappy. Compensation is lower than industry standard. Retention is only when people threaten to leave. There is no fair yearly review process in place. Accept a position with this company ONLY if you have no other options, otherwise, run the other way.
