Very poor management in terms of the culture and the lack of interest in developing the company to operate like a mature, efficient organization. Management continues to run the company like a start up. Web site looks like 1990s, poor documentation, much of which is not current. Support groups outside of Engineering do not receive the support they need to improve the company. Wages for some groups are not competitive.
