Pros
Great Technology, flexible schedules, really smart people . Fun environment to be part of in the early days.
Cons
The top 2 people run every aspect of the company, no decision is delegated. Super technical, even the marketing and sales pitches don't reach a broad audience. Niche-y product, usually relegated to a Top Of Rack vendor. Compensation is far below the market, i tried to bring in many engineers only to have them scoff at the offer letters.
