I have been working in this company for last three years and every thing looks good as of now. I could see a lot of changes. 1) Earlier less staf...now they have increased the head count. 2) Earlier medical insurance was not much benificial, now they came up with very good plan. 3) Employee caring is good. 4) I got the project with in 2 weeks....

Company has ties to major international consulting companies. This provides opportunities for contractors looking for work. When the company finally pays you, the payment is usually correct. The problem is the company doesn't pay on time.

Cons

Company owners appear to be more interested in growing revenue for the firm rather than paying contractors on time. The company routinely misses payment dates and seems to be very lax when it comes to taking care of its employees or contractors.
