The culture is exactly what you'd expect - everything they do is about the "form" and not the "function". They don't invest in their people. They invest in the design of their corporate offices, and prioritize their own bonuses over the performance and success of their teams. Prioritize process over everything. If you follow the process, nothing else matters, including quality. If your presentation is pretty, you're successful. The content doesn't matter. Popularity and looks drive success, not performance. If you don't look the part, it will be very difficult to be successful.
