They value employees and their opinion. Their internal cafe is discounted and has a great staff to provide healthy and great food. The entire company has a positive attitude and has fantastic management. They don't seem to focus on DEI mentality and other negative business mindsets. Merit is prioritized just like it should.

Doesn't really have a bonus system like other companies. Maxes out at $500 if you put $500 aside.

Management seems to always give the whiners what they want to shut them up If a group of people are failing in some aspect the whole floor suffers in the name of “holding everyone accountable” Some of those in upper management are emotionally charged, meaning if you get on their bad side you’ll be paying for it for a while unfortunately. Petty reasoning too.
