We try our best to identify our best leadership and award individuals with promotions in the best way we can. Regarding bonus, the bonus framework is designed to be awarded based explicitly upon portfolio performance. There aren't arbitrary elements that come into play for the group you appear to work with (Account Manager). If the program is being administered in a way that doesn't seem fair, I'd be happy to talk through the details of how the bonus program is managed and administered (I did help architect it, so happy to talk in detail).
