Is this your company?

Not a terrible job, but rough pay. - Habilitation Provider Arizona Autism United Employee Review

Pros

You could set your own hours, were free to "interview" families for good fits, and I enjoyed the work -doing ABA therapy for kids with ASD.

Cons

Tough to get to full time hours. Training and supervision was minimal, which can be tough when you are working with kids in the full range of diagnosis on the autism spectrum. Pay was very low.

Pros

Hands down the best company I've ever worked for; in culture, conduct and overall experience. In my ~15 year IT career working in various industries and IT roles, I may not have always loved the company, the management or the common problems "all companies" have, but I always loved what I did. Working at AZA, I get both; on the job learning alongside my direct supervisor, fun problem-solving and enjoying wins together as a team. Management is extremely accessible and so easy to work with. Scheduled pay raises, so no secrets! I am already growing within the company and there's someone getting promoted on what seems like a weekly basis! Great opportunities to grow in several directions.

Cons

I honestly cannot think of a "con."
