Pros

Flexible schedule, fun if you like working with kids,

Cons

Lack of hours, a lot of driving. From the way the job was advertised to me, both online and in person, I thought I was going to be working at least 30 hours per week. On a good week I'll work about 15. I was promised that I would have multiple clients and they have yet to find me another (it's been 6 months and eve though I've filled out their paperwork to find a new client multiple times they haven't) So if you're looking for a job with decent hours this is probably not it.

Pros

They provide really excellent training in Applied Behavioral Analysis, and are very supportive if that is your main focus.

Cons

Not really a very team oriented environment as far as feeling connected to the company if you're working in the field. No team building activities at all. They need to become more inclusive of other therapies besides ABA.

Pros

My client was AMAZING to work with. Their family was even better! They referred me in so the application process was seamless. Once I started the training classes - all in person - I quickly progressed and gained great salary increases. I learned a lot and the other providers I worked with were fantastic in guiding me. My schedule was flexible and I ended up working with my family for over 1.5 years!

Cons

I overheard from others that the scheduling was difficult if you wanted multiple clients. There were also complaints about the limited ability to schedule in-person training.
