Pros

AZA United is a locally grown company who has built a solid base in the metro area. They are about to explode into a much broader client area in the next year or so. They provide staff with comprehensive and continuing education available each month. There are few places you can receive this kind of skill support and at no cost to the employee. I have worked with them for many years and can't say enough good things about them. If you love kids and want to help these special kiddos this is by far the best company to work for. They will support and help you in every phase of your journey.

Cons

As of now they only have one location, which isn't convenient for some of us to access on a regular basis.

Thank you so much for your review! And congratulations on being a valuable member of the AZA team for over 5 years. We do pride ourselves on offering as much support to our field staff as possible, whether that's in-person support from our Field Trainers, office support from our Admin staff, online support through our systems and webinars, or onsite, paid training classes. We're also very excited to be planning our 2019 expansion, with a goal to build a stand-alone facility in the East Valley, and open a smaller hub center on the west side. Ultimately, we want to be able to provide our amazing services across the entire state!

Pros

Hands down the best company I've ever worked for; in culture, conduct and overall experience. In my ~15 year IT career working in various industries and IT roles, I may not have always loved the company, the management or the common problems "all companies" have, but I always loved what I did. Working at AZA, I get both; on the job learning alongside my direct supervisor, fun problem-solving and enjoying wins together as a team. Management is extremely accessible and so easy to work with. Scheduled pay raises, so no secrets! I am already growing within the company and there's someone getting promoted on what seems like a weekly basis! Great opportunities to grow in several directions.

Cons

I honestly cannot think of a "con."
