Business Outlook
Pros
Arkansas Electric is an awesome company to work for. HR always throws together events for employees to attend to meet other people within the organization. The pay in my opinion is competitive. The atmosphere is wonderful. This is for sure a family friendly company. Really laid back.
Cons
I guess some of the cons would be that things tend to move a little slower around here in terms of getting projects done. Also I would say some people that have been here for years tend to be set in their ways and not very open to new ideas or suggestions on new technology.
