Pros

Good work/life balance. Working for a company that matters in the industry. Lots of smart people around. Doesn't offend my sense of decency (like some other companies would). The hybrid working environment works well.

Cons

Average compensation. Lots of good people are leaving due to Nvidia/IPO paralyse, lack of clarity around strategy or for better paid positions. Reporting one best quarter after another at the same time cutting jobs, benefits and being generally cheap. Senior leadership comes through as disingenuous. Usual corporate issues with promoting talent and career progression, if you or someone working for you gets stuck (not their fault) in a "wrong job" it's impossible to get them promoted even if they deserve it. Lots of internal conflicts, bing egos and politics driving (or more often stalling) decision making.

Pros

Work-Life Balance: Widely praised for flexible hybrid schedules and a supportive, low-pressure environment. Standout Perks: Highly rated for its 4-week paid sabbatical program and quarterly "Days of Care" company-wide days off. Collaborative Culture: Features a friendly, ego-free workplace that strongly emphasizes a "we, not I" team mentality. Strong Benefits: Offers excellent overall compensation, including valuable stock options (RSUs) and comprehensive healthcare.

Cons

Pace of Work: Some employees note that projects and decision-making can move slowly due to the relaxed culture.
