Our employees are what make ARM so great, and we're continually investing in the resources needed to keep it a great place to work. We've grown rapidly in the last few years, and had some growing pains with regards to processes and infrastructure, though we're working to improve on that as quickly as possible. The new ARM building in Cambridge should be breaking ground early in 2016 which when completed, should give everyone there a bit more elbow room.
Hopefully with the investments we've made in our employees will help improve delivery dates as well!
