What I like most about my job is the ability to work remotely, or hybrid, and have some flexibility in my schedule—it makes a big difference.
Cons
I value the remote and hybrid work options and flexibility my job provides, but I’ve also found some challenges. Being short-staffed creates additional strain, and it can be difficult to get approval for overtime when needed. I feel management would benefit from clearer direction and leadership, and there seems to be limited opportunity for growth within the firm. Having more pathways for advancement would make a big difference.
