Pros

Absolutely nothing, please don’t consider this company!

Cons

Arrow acquires companies to eliminate competition. Do your research and think of non-competes, prior to signing on with Arrow. Powerhouse employees were ensured on multiple occasions that we were acquired because of our relationships with OUR customers and that Powerhouse was bought for merely just that. We all were made to feel safe and secure in our continued employment at Arrow. Within a year, Powerhouse staff was reduced to less than 1/3, and they continue to eliminate…of course once they get what they need from you! They lie, all of them, they even lie about you! If you find yourself employed at Arrow, journal and document everything. Management for E-Gaming is toxic in Cleveland. The consensus is the same throughout multiple states. Powerhouse - was an amazing mid-size business ran by someone that actually cared about their employees. Ironically, Arrow adapted the, “Better Together” motto when they acquired Powerhouse…we went from a family that supported each other to Arrow’s “Clock Card” Corporate America approach, where you quickly become faceless, insignificant, dehumanize, disposable, and a replaceable machine…let that sink in.

Pros

The people doing the lower level jobs are awesome!

Cons

This is hands down the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to work for. The management - across the whole company - but especially in the eGaming side, lie, bully and play cloak and dagger games with the staff. I’ve never experienced such an unprofessional environment within the management office of any company. The original “owners” are not nice people and do a lot of dodgy stuff with regards to how they treat their staff, in the staffs need of support. The “leadership” team is a joke and the equity firm that invested in them should look at getting out. The office is riddled with rodent. I keep antiseptic spray/wipes in my pockets. When I get to work there is mice dropping on my desk. There solution to this rodent exposure, which we all know what is in the news about hantavirus right now, is to put some mice traps that don’t work. Or you come into work in the morning and have a mouse squealing in the trap half dead. With dropping on my desk, you know for a fact the rodents are urinating in your desk. The original owners have absolutely no care for the staff and treat employees as though they are doing the employee a favor by employing them.
