The owners are great. They truly care about their employees and work hard to do right by them. It is refreshing to find a business that actually walks the talk about employees being their greatest asset.

Being a small family owned company there is little opportunity for advancement.

Depending who you work under. Some were great to under, knowledgeable, helpful, overall good atmosphere. If you know what to do & what is expected, not too bad of a place.

Be prepared to work & if in office business casual all the time. Not even a Jean Friday, even though it's a moving company. When roads & most of town is closed, you still better find a way to get into work. Turn over is high depending on position.
