Pros
Nothing but nice and kind people all over the place, most of who are pulling everyday to do their best. Plenty of little perks throughout the work experience that make the negatives more manageable, with social activities, paid lunches, snacks, good outdoor facilities, etc.
Cons
There has been a definite uptick in frustrations recently in my time here. Aggressive push for speed sometimes results in feelings of not being able to give full quality work towards problems, which is a shame as many new systems are having to go into place at once with the new facility and are sometimes setting poor precedents. Pathways for career growth are still very much so underdeveloped and lead to confusing overlap between new department positions and uncertainty of role futures. Unrealistic timelines push many to have very poor work life balance in order to keep projects afloat.
