Pros
For most positions, the pay is great. However, I noticed their recent job posting for a Data Reviewer has a maximum salary that's $20K less than what I currently make, and my negotiated salary was already on the lower end of the range. On the upside, the free snacks and lunch are nice perks, though they've been significantly scaled back since I started due to business reasons. Great potential mentors and friends. I had great opportunities to ask questions from scientists to learn more than just simply do you job.
Cons
Communication between teams can be challenging, though it is gradually improving. However, there's a noticeable amount of workplace politics, and at times it feels like high school drama. According to HR, arriving 5 to 10 minutes late is viewed more negatively than consistently working beyond an 8-hour day. Gas lighting is also very common.
