A culture of triangulation and selective communication breeds distrust rather than collaboration Promotions are inconsistent and not based on merit, creating distrust and low morale, Feedback is weaponized, and psychological safety is lacking, especially for employees who think critically or advocate for themselves, High-performing employees are not supported and eventually pushed out or burned out. There's a performative emphasis on culture, but very little follow-through in practice.
