management is horrible, you have to be managers or supervisors "buddy" for you to get a promotion, no good relationships, they talk about temp workers like disposables and fired lot of arvato employees this year to get temps. arvato employees haven't got a raise since 3 years ago. senior management are rude and don't bother to see the potential neither your resume even if you their job.
