Full Time Employees get a good benefit package. Supply catered meals at month end. Low stress and employee friendly dress code. Very good at adding experience to your skill set.
Cons
Long hours due to month ends. Low pay for skill level needed. Hard to advance into staff positions. Most policies reduce the chance you would want to make it a place for a career.
