- Benefits Package - Open Door Policy so easy access to management - extremely tolerant with absenteeism and gaming the system - very flexible with scheduling for medical or family needs - Employee Purchase Program with some major vendors
Cons
- no pay raises - pay rate based on position with experience being irrelevant - serious lack of communication between the management and entry level staff - leadership skills lacking - no room for advancement as most departments are very small
