Pros
- good as a first job - handy thing to put in your CV - arvato at Microsoft - great, fun co-workers - nice relaxed atmosphere - great canteen (but that's because it's MS canteen) - job itself is quite interesting
Cons
- annualized hours (you get time off when it's quiet to bank hours, and then work 12-13 hours a day with no extra compensation, including weekends sometimes) - long hours (like working 12-13 hours for 2 weeks straight in the busy periods) - terrible pay and no chance for pay increase - HR is horrible - you better keep track of your hours and pay, because "mistakes" (always in favour of employer) happen all the time - no parking for employees
