Pros
The pay is ok and there is pension on top, not too bad. You can slack a lot as management are not competent, so nobody knows how long something should take or to what level of quality. Some very friendly and lovely people around.
Cons
Most people work with no soul here. Your job is to please your manager. The company is heavily influenced by rank and politics. Nobody asks questions in meetings out of fear that they will be fired. Being critical or failing is seen as very negative. This place is a classic big corp "Go to work 9-5" work-place. You will be monitored and surveilled, HR is your enemy. If you are highly competent and want to do great work, don't work here. I'm here now, but actively looking for other things. It's a dreadful place. This is the worst out of 3 software companies I've worked for. And the "great place to work" thing = I have no idea how they got that. Will update if things change. Be careful about interviewing here.
