You will be asked to make only 100 calls so that your Talk time is 200 Minute Plus (wow !) Some Disturbed & Damaged People are working as Team Leaders and MIS Managers (Superb!) Similar Accounts are distributed to all Executives across the verticals for farming/Hunting (Cant get Better!)
Cons
Team Leaders are asked by Management to communicate with Executives, Rather they Harass them and tell management that he/she needs Training and not fit for Job. MIS agents(oops! Managers) are asked to prepare data for Executives to call , But seems like they want some money to distribute the data Its more like a Govt Office of India , where Husband/Wife, Brother/Sister , In-laws , relatives, neighbours are selected and then they make the office House and do nothing productive here.
