Pros
Great coworkers and supervisors provide oprotunities to learn and get crosstrained. Lots of freedom to move around.
Cons
Low pay with zero chance for promotions or pay raises. Management plays favorites and will only help select employees. There is next to no communication between upper management and employees or even shift supervisor. Poor and slow response to covid.
