Pros

Inexpensive benefits package. Typical 401k package. Flexible work hours and occasional work from home. Compensation is about market-rate. Facilities are decent, but overcrowded.

Cons

IT is mostly low-talent cowboys who have no ability or desire to deliver quality products. Management is made up mostly of people who have stuck around a few years, but lack any business savvy or ability to learn. Culture: smiles on the outside - knives in your back as you walk away. They talk "team" and "culture", but its the most dysfunctional and anti-collaboration/cooperation place you will ever work. Management takes trip after trip to sunny places for "team builders", but the average 'joe' sees no benefits/perks. Work subject matter is boring - boring - boring. If you want to work with D-grade hacks who fail at the simplest of tasks, this is the place for you!

Pros

Decent benefits Hybrid WFH schedule Some really great direct managers

Cons

Chaotic and disorganized, with old outdated backend systems. Work performance and output not generally recognized: people who do very little work are often paid the same, or more than people who do double or triple the workload, and are allowed to continue with the company while other shoulder the load. Once you are on a team or part of a BU - good luck making a move to another team or BU. The place is a revolving door for a lot of positions, but once you learn a skillset they are unlikely to allow a move. The sales team runs this place, so be prepared to be bullied constantly by them, even when you are told to gatekeep.
