This is for the Ready Mix side of the company(Fordyce/Century Concrete) Despite advertising that going above and beyond will get you promotions and above average raises, that has not been the case in the last 5 years. All but one manager are either related or relatives of their friends outside of work. Have only ever received a max 3% raise despite having an exceptional review for the last 5 years and meeting goals and quotas given by manager only to have it not given because of another departments failures.
