Pros
Benefits start immediatly as well as 401K.
Cons
The hiring process and on boarding were terrible. I was given an offer and then it was resented. I was called two weeks later asking if I would accept the original offer. I should have known then not to accept it. The atmosphere and culture was toxic from day one. My boss immediatly told me that they hated the job and it was a daily struggle to keep from resigning. Everyday facing that leadership was a challenge and it was difficult to maintain a positive attitude. There were tons of managers and directors running the show who have no experience in furniture retail or brick and mortar retail in general. The employees are not collaborative and treat each other as the enemy. Most of my department worked in silo and only care about their own well being. Most of the daily meeting are more of a "dog and pony show" and less of collaboration to make things better and grow the bottom line. I would not recommend the Ybor office.
