Company has been around for 20 years. Good to know we aren't going anywhere! - High goals as a BDR, but still given autonomy to achieve these goals. No micromanaging. - Management actively engaged with strategic partnerships. - Everyone, including leadership, wants to help you succeed. - Bought-in culture of hard work, accountability, integrity, and having a work-life balance. - Constant communication and support with global CEO, Nathan Doughty. - Half of the company is employed in Product, assuring it is always cutting-edge. - Great office location. - Ability to wear multiple hats. - Collaborative environment with bright sales professionals.

- The North American arm of Asite is small at the moment, which may not fare well for someone used to bigger teams. - While Asite is a market leader globally, it is still relatively new to the North America market, which sometimes leads to challenges with brand awareness. - Given the North American team is newer, many processes aren't fine-tuned, which may not be good for some people, but is good for people who can "figure it out" to say.
