1.old tech stacks.  2.Respect every employee but eliminate the bootlickers' culture who gain favour every time(Team members already know it) 3.There should be the same policy for all. Some employees' salaries were not restructured from last year even though they joined just 2 or 2 and a half months after the  restructure date.  4.Some employees who joined just 2 months before the restructure date were also given a salary restructure even though they were already hired with very high packages. Either give all or none at all. 5.There is currently no significant wage disparity between freshers and mid-senior level employees (3-5 years). The company should reconsider those employees' salaries and restructure those employees' salaries that have not been restructured. Mathematically, if you are giving 50 out of 100 to freshers, then you should at least give 80-85 out of 100 to these mid level employees. Because ultimately, these employees are playing a main role in onboarding, helping freshers with each nd every task along with their own development tasks and deliverables without missing deadlines. Asite needs to act on the above quickly because there is already this talk going on internally in the team. Failure to act quickly  will result in attrition of this top talent in near future, and it will result in lower productivity, delivery, and ultimately affect the business.
