Pros
Since joining the company, I’ve been actively involved in CSR and other organizational activities. I appreciate the company’s commitment to these initiatives and the consistent support from the HR team. They don’t just plan events and move on they put in the effort to make them run properly and recognize the people who step up. I’ve also felt comfortable sharing feedback. When I’ve reached out to HR with suggestions, the conversations have been practical and taken seriously. That transparency matters. The CSR work itself feels meaningful. The initiatives are not random or for show. There’s visible effort in identifying genuinely deserving beneficiaries and ensuring the support goes where it should. It feels structured and intentional, not just something done for optics.
