Pros

-Comapny van -Great way to met contacts and network with real people outside of Associated -Company breakfast meetings( free meal) -Benifits package

Cons

-Get treated like dirt -Be expected to pick up pieces when a customer is upset over a mistake by anyother dept. You are the face of the company and the customer will treat you the service tech as the over all company. - Constant overall large load of work to be completed -The code of conduct does not apply to the Eagan Branch (certain managers have no problem geting in your face over the stupidist thing yelling and swearing) - No contact with HR, as a feild service slave you report all inncidents to your manager most if not all are not reported and gone to the wasteside

Pros

Fantastic company with a great culture. I have been here just over a year, and I have been so impressed with everyone's willingness to help, taking care of customers, and working as a team. Couldn't recommend the company more.

Cons

Just a lot to learn in the material handling industry. Great to have so many offerings for our customers, but trying to pick it all up at once is a lot.
