Pros
Associated is far and away the best company I have worked for. My supervisor & manager listen to my ideas for making the company better and cares about me as an individual. I have worked for numerous companies that mistreat their employees and don't understand the importance of a work/life balance. I have not found that to be an issue here at Associated. I look forward to a long career at Associated and the numerous opportunities for upward growth with hard work and dedication.
Cons
Unfortunately, like with most companies, some of their management team does not see or agree with the forward movement the company is taking. I am confident that these individuals will either come around and embrace the forward thinking of the company's CEO and other top executives, or they will be replaced by individuals with the same drive and outlook for what this company can ultimately become.
