Pros

Company believes in promoting from within so all bosses are knowledgeable and understanding. Issued Company work van to keep so you don't have to go to the shop everyday. Really committed to training and safety protocols.

Cons

A lot to learn at the beginning and out on your own rather quickly. Someone is always a phone call away but difficult to do everything over the phone or email.

Fantastic company with a great culture. I have been here just over a year, and I have been so impressed with everyone's willingness to help, taking care of customers, and working as a team. Couldn't recommend the company more.

Cons

Just a lot to learn in the material handling industry. Great to have so many offerings for our customers, but trying to pick it all up at once is a lot.
