A good entry-level position for anyone looking to gain experience in the healthcare industry and learn the ins and outs of provider network operations.

Communication between departments could be improved. In particular, responses from the PGO team can sometimes be delayed, which makes it more difficult to complete tasks efficiently and provide timely resolutions. Compensation is somewhat lower compared to similar roles at other companies, and more competitive pay would help with employee retention and satisfaction. If you work occasional weekends for events, you're also expected to work from Monday to Friday, Sometimes you work more than 40 hours per week.
