Pros
The company is starting to become pro-active in engaging its employees. It was bleak when I first started because of COVID but your direct manager/supervisor makes or breaks your time here. My boss and team are absolutely amazing. I couldn't ask for a better team and I mean this constructively as well. They call me out when I make a mistake, I learn and then we move past it. I've learned a lot during my time here; not just more about my role but healthcare in general. My team is always willing to answer questions - no matter how long it takes, whether it's a sentence or if they'll have to hop on a call. PTO/Benefits are improving. Employees are getting recognized for their efforts. Management is trying their best to uplift the culture and create a positive experience/environment. Things are starting to definitely turn around. We're moving from a traditional company to a more progressive organization. I truly, truly enjoy what I do here.
Cons
Lack of accountability from some department heads. Internal restructuring of some departments needed.
