Management and production relationship are severely strained. Management does not listen to their employees concerns. Mismanagement leading to stock outs which prevents work from being done and shipped on time. Mandatory overtime due to mismanagement. Nepotism and favoritism run rampant in that place. If you’re not a close friend or relative, forget it. At or below poverty wages. No room for growth potential with this company. Dead end job. Once you hit a certain level you’re lucky to get a thirty cent raise once a year. Bells for starting times, breaks, lunches and end of shift. Belittling management. This company will wear you down until you don’t recognize the person you used to be.
