Pros
Work at LSI for over 3 years. All staff not in management are great people to work with, become family due to all that is endured from upper management
Cons
Upper management out for themselves, most don't even speak to employees if they are not in management. Salaries for staff are kept low with little or no yearly increase while management keeps the allocated yearly % increases for themselves. Pitiful.
