Poorly managed - Anonymous employee Astronics Employee Review

-Whole management team changed while I was there, not for the better. -Atmosphere was toxic and hostile. Many people left before I did. -Oversight from headquarters was very hit-or-miss and caused a lot of problems. -Managers put in place after retirements/departures were picked from out-of-state headquarters that didn't really know enough about our operations, needs, or the people they were picking. -No room for promotions. -Raises are given based on how management feels that day.
