Cons

The manager's insane inability to handle basic issues made the job nerve-wracking on a daily basis. Expectations changed on a whim without any clear direction, leaving everyone scrambling to catch up with pointless demands. The pressure to meet unrealistic goals without support was exhausting and morale-crushing. I spent more time stressing over poor guidance than actually doing my job effectively.

I am sure that if the upper management had been different and someone else had managed this place, things would have been better.

Cons

The top management is awfully arrogant and terrible at its job. They make the worst decisions, lose clients and contracts, and then blame the employees. They don't hesitate to ask people to clean out their desks and leave as soon as a project is finished. It's ridiculous.Please avoid joining if you are looking for a long term, stable job. Join it as a resume gap filler as you search for a stable job.
