Pros
1. Most of the people at this location are relatively nice and pleasant. 2. The benefits and health insurance are competitive and pretty good.
Cons
1. Management does not stick up for employees. Employees are sacrificed and taken advantage of to appease the client. Management does not stand up to the client when it needs to. 2. Corporate interference has tarnished our client relationship. 3. Work culture glorifies having zero work-life balance. You are made to feel you are not a team player if you don't jump at the chance to work overtime. 4. Most projects are last minute emergencies due to poor planning. 5. Resistant to change. 6. Noncompetitive salary. The excuse of "steadiness of work" as a reason for lower salaries does not hold up when the company lays off large amounts of people every few years. 7. High employee turnover. Many long term (15-20+ years) employees have been run off due to disagreements.
